SHIPPING

The size of this sauna requires flat-bed truck delivery by special appointment. This will require off-loading from the flat-bed truck by a crane or extended forklift. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to arrange the offloading and transport of the sauna to its final location. Kindly expect a call from the shipping company to schedule a delivery appointment.

You may return a sauna product within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Our support team is available to guide you through each step of the return process.
