Harvia Virta Combi is a stylish combination of an electric sauna heater and a steamer that offers amazing sauna&spa experiences. Combi is the right choice for you if you enjoy soft and humid steam and the atmosphere created by fragrances. The heater has designated places for fragrance liquids and bags. Choose from a traditional sauna, a steam sauna, a herbal sauna or a fragrance sauna.
Virta Combi achieves smooth and gentle heat with the best technology and right amount of stones. The stone space is separated from the heating elements and continues downwards along the inner sides of the heater, which keeps the sauna preheating time quite short. Harvia Virta Combi sauna heaters are easy to install, all the connections are made through the service hatch at the front. Because the heating elements are separated from the stones, the lifespan of the heater is longer. If a heating element needs to be replaced, it can be done quickly and easily, as the entire heating element package can be pulled out of the heater. Other maintenance actions have also been considered in the design of the heaters from the beginning.

2. Delivery Timeline
To determine your estimated delivery date, please refer to the processing and transit schedule below:

Order Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
Transit Time: 3–4 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
Total Estimated Delivery : 4–6 Business Days
Note on Processing: Orders submitted after the 5:00 PM (EST) cutoff will begin the handling process on the following business day. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays.
3. Carrier Services
Orders are dispatched via tracked services from the following carriers:
Freight Carriers: For larger sauna units and equipment.
UPS / FedEx / USPS: For smaller sauna accessories and products.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided during checkout. This email contains a tracking number and a link to our tracking page to monitor your delivery status.
5. Delivery Support
If your tracking information has not updated for more than three business days, or if you experience a delay beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at Help@mysaunahome.com. We will coordinate with the carrier to provide a status update or resolution.
At My Sauna Home, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we provide a simple return process to assist you.
30 Day Return Period
You may return a sauna product within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Our support team is available to guide you through each step of the return process.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a sauna product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Customer-Initiated Returns
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong sauna product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refund Process
