Construction
The Natura Lounge Module is thoughtfully designed to pair with the Natura outdoor sauna cabin, sharing the same sleek aesthetic to create a luxurious sauna suite. This lounge offers a welcoming space for friends and family to gather, relax, and enjoy breathtaking views of nature through a large, triple-glazed tempered glass picture window.
The warm, natural interior of thermo-aspen is accentuated by high-quality indirect LED lighting, while a frameless tempered glass interior door allows effortless transitions between the sauna and lounge.
The exterior walls are constructed from brushed Nordic spruce, enhanced through thermal modification for superior durability, and finished in a striking UV-blocking black coating, ensuring the lounge withstands any climate while maintaining its refined look.
Note: The Natura Sauna Cabin is required for a complete sauna suite and must be purchased separately.

My Sauna Home offers Free Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden delivery fees applied at checkout.

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.
Shipping Fee: $0.00 (Standard Shipping)
Service Area: All 50 U.S. States.
International Shipping: We do not offer shipping to international destinations at this time.
2. Delivery Timeline
To determine your estimated delivery date, please refer to the processing and transit schedule below:
Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST)
Order Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
Transit Time: 3–4 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
Total Estimated Delivery : 4–6 Business Days
Note on Processing: Orders submitted after the 5:00 PM (EST) cutoff will begin the handling process on the following business day. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays.
3. Carrier Services
Orders are dispatched via tracked services from the following carriers:

UPS / FedEx / USPS: For smaller sauna accessories and products.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided during checkout. This email contains a tracking number and a link to our tracking page to monitor your delivery status.
5. Delivery Support
If your tracking information has not updated for more than three business days, or if you experience a delay beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at Help@mysaunahome.com. We will coordinate with the carrier to provide a status update or resolution.

30 Day Return Period
You may return a sauna product within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Our support team is available to guide you through each step of the return process.

Customer-Initiated Returns
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong sauna product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
