DIY Installation The Baia sauna is delivered in a single pallet/crate, with a scheduled delivery appointment. Assembly requires 4-6 hours for two people, depending on placement and skill level. Ensure the floor is level and stable, and leave an air gap between the sauna and surrounding structures. Electrical preparation includes a 120V line for the lights and a 240V line for the sauna heater.

You may return a sauna product within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Our support team is available to guide you through each step of the return process.
