The Harvia Legend Duo sauna heater features a sturdy steel frame that houses a large number of stones, resulting in fast heat-up times and the production of traditional moisture-rich steam reminiscent of a smoke sauna. The Duo stove boasts easy maintenance and does not carry ash into the sauna's interior, unlike traditional wood-burning stoves.
The Harvia Duo stoves offer versatile bench solutions and the optional protective railing ensures safe movement within the sauna. For added convenience, the separately sold Legend water tank can be easily installed on the stove pipe for use with Duo wood-burning stoves.

3. Carrier Services

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided during checkout. This email contains a tracking number and a link to our tracking page to monitor your delivery status.
5. Delivery Support
If your tracking information has not updated for more than three business days, or if you experience a delay beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at Help@mysaunahome.com. We will coordinate with the carrier to provide a status update or resolution.

30 Day Return Period
You may return a sauna product within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Our support team is available to guide you through each step of the return process.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a sauna product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Customer-Initiated Returns
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong sauna product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
