Harvia Cilindro PC90E is a sleek column-style sauna heater suited for both residential and commercial saunas ranging from 141 to 494 cubic feet (CF). Available in 240V single phase, this model can also be ordered in 208V 3 phase by contacting us. The main difference between PC90 and PC90E is that the E model requires an external control panel. This allows for a more precise and user-friendly experience. For additional convenience, an app-controlled add-on can be purchased separately. With a massive 200 lb stone capacity, the grate-like outer shell of Harvia Cilindro PC90E enables you to customize the steam intensity. By throwing water onto the site, you can enjoy a softer steam, while throwing or dropping directly onto the top of the stones creates a sharper, more powerful steam.

International Shipping: We do not offer shipping to international destinations at this time.
2. Delivery Timeline
To determine your estimated delivery date, please refer to the processing and transit schedule below:
Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST)
Order Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
Transit Time: 3–4 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
Total Estimated Delivery : 4–6 Business Days
Note on Processing: Orders submitted after the 5:00 PM (EST) cutoff will begin the handling process on the following business day. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays.
3. Carrier Services
Orders are dispatched via tracked services from the following carriers:
Freight Carriers: For larger sauna units and equipment.
UPS / FedEx / USPS: For smaller sauna accessories and products.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided during checkout. This email contains a tracking number and a link to our tracking page to monitor your delivery status.
5. Delivery Support
If your tracking information has not updated for more than three business days, or if you experience a delay beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at Help@mysaunahome.com. We will coordinate with the carrier to provide a status update or resolution.
At My Sauna Home, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we provide a simple return process to assist you.
30 Day Return Period
You may return a sauna product within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Our support team is available to guide you through each step of the return process.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a sauna product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Customer-Initiated Returns
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong sauna product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Prepare Your Package Place the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents.
Send Your Return Follow the instructions provided after your return request is approved.
Refund Process

Refund Timing: After approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
