Its vertical roll-up door allows for easy entry while maintaining full coverage, and includes three secure ties at the top to securely fasten the door during strong winds. Additionally, the cover features a weather slot for convenient management of power cords, allowing them to pass through the top of the back panel on the left side without disrupting the seal. With this all-inclusive design, you can trust that your sauna will remain protected, functional, and unaffected by adverse weather elements.

2. Delivery Timeline

3. Carrier Services

4. Order Tracking

30 Day Return Period
You may return a sauna product within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Our support team is available to guide you through each step of the return process.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a sauna product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Customer-Initiated Returns
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong sauna product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
