This beautiful barrel sauna is handcrafted in Ontario, Canada, and designed to endure any weather in an outdoor setting. It is available in various lengths, with an optional 2-foot porch that reduces the interior space. You can customize it with different window options and choose between a wood stove or an electric heater. The sauna is delivered as a kit, ready for assembly.

SHIPPING
The size of this sauna requires delivery by appointment. This will require off-loading from the flat-bed truck by a forklift, hand off load, or terminal pick up. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to arrange the offloading and transport of the sauna to its final location. Kindly expect a call from the shipping company to schedule a delivery appointment.
My Sauna Home offers Free Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden delivery fees applied at checkout.

Service Area: All 50 U.S. States.
International Shipping: We do not offer shipping to international destinations at this time.
2. Delivery Timeline
To determine your estimated delivery date, please refer to the processing and transit schedule below:
Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST)
Order Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
Transit Time: 3–4 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
Total Estimated Delivery : 4–6 Business Days
Note on Processing: Orders submitted after the 5:00 PM (EST) cutoff will begin the handling process on the following business day. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays.
3. Carrier Services
Orders are dispatched via tracked services from the following carriers:
Freight Carriers: For larger sauna units and equipment.
UPS / FedEx / USPS: For smaller sauna accessories and products.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided during checkout. This email contains a tracking number and a link to our tracking page to monitor your delivery status.
5. Delivery Support
If your tracking information has not updated for more than three business days, or if you experience a delay beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at Help@mysaunahome.com. We will coordinate with the carrier to provide a status update or resolution.
At My Sauna Home, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we provide a simple return process to assist you.
30 Day Return Period
You may return a sauna product within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Our support team is available to guide you through each step of the return process.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a sauna product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Customer-Initiated Returns
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong sauna product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
How to Start a Return

Prepare Your Package Place the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents.
